License for the consumption of human blood
LICENSE FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF HUMAN BLOOD
In an effort to maintain the equilibrium between Light and Dark and in
accordance with the terms concerning the rights and duties of vampires,
defined in the Great Treaty, we the Night Watch of _______________________,
grant ______________________-, a lawfully registered and previously unconvicted
vampire the right to consume human blood of a quantity necessary to ensure
his/her own ability to live.
This blood may only be taken from _________________________, an approved mortal vessel, in a manner consistent with the terms established in the remaining portion of this contract: The bite has to be carried out fast and without previous warning into the right carotid artery.
Personal contact with the assigned victim should be kept to a minimum, insomuchas what is required to carry out the terms of this contract. An initiation of humans assigned by this license is not permitted.
Any violation will be punished to the fullest extent of the law, up to and including dematerialization.
